Your
adventure starts with an off road truck climb to the launch
site (20-40 minutes), followed by a thrilling tandem paragliding
flight (up to thirty minutes of air time).
With just a few minutes of guidance
from our certified tandem pilot, you will be able to experience
a high flight from the convenience of your own harness.
The tandem pilot will control the take off, flight, and
landing and you just get to come along for the ride. No
experience or equipment is necessary however rugged footwear
is suggested.
Many tandem passengers have been so thrilled,
they have enrolled in our flight school and learned to paraglide
on their own. The cost of your adventure flight may be applied
to our courses (five or more
flights).
When conditions are
right (usually in the Spring or Summer) we will allow the
thermals to carry us upward, sometimes as high as 8000'
-touching the base of a cloud is as simple as opening your
eyes.
This flight can be a bit rough at
times, lasting up to an hour long, but
the view is spectacular!
We guarantee to blow your socks off!

This course will prepare you for flight.
You will spend a good part of your training time inflating the
wing, with the help of our instructor(s), then when you have successfully
demonstrated proper technique, we will send you on your first
training flight. Expert take off and landing guidance will be
provided as well as in-air instructions over a two-way radio.

After spending two evenings training with
us (as above), we will start your morning training with theory
and ground inflations. Then you will experience two more high
flights. Expert take off and landing guidance will be provided
as well as in-air instructions over a two-way radio.

For Deimos Paragliding students, that need
their own gear (flights 11 or more), you may rent any of our used
or new wings, reserve and harnesses for only $50 a day (tax included).
In order to ensure the highest level of safety, only wings and
harnesses, purchase from us, may be used during our solo courses.
The money spent on renting our gear may
be applied to the cost of purchasing one of our new wings or harness
packages. Don't worry, you will not be charged if the weather
is not flyable. If you rent our gear and happen to damage it,
or loose it, then be prepared to pay for the repairs costs and
or the full replacement cost(s).
For pilots with 20 or more flights, we
will guide you through your final ten flights of the Novice course,
provide technical guidance on all aspects of this sport, and help
you pass the HPAC Student exam.
30 or more high flights
(Duration 20 or more days)
For pilots just starting, we will guide
you through your first 30 flights, provide technical guidance
on all aspects of this sport, and help you pass the HPAC Novice
exam.
Note: thirty fights is the minimum number
of flights required to obtain your HPAC Novice rating and safely
start flying by yourself (without an instructor).

For pilots with 30 or more flights, we
will fine tune your launch (forward and reverse), thermalling
and landing techniques. Emphasis is on having clean and safe launches.

will allow you to successfully prepare for Transport Canada's
HAGAR examination.

Vario
& Tandem Flight - $650.00 (plus tax)

For pilots with ten or more flights. Includes
a Flytec 6005 Vario and tandem flight.
Guaranteed to advance your skills by as
much as thirty flights.
This includes a tandem flight with emphasis on finding and centering
on thermals.
Titanic maneuver is optional!

Flytec 6005 Vario and intermediate course.
This includes a Flytec Vario and tandem flight with emphasis on

and landing techniques. Emphasis on flight and aviation rules
will allow you to successfully prepare for Transport Canada's
HAGAR examination.

For pilots with their novice rating or
higher, you may rent any one of our new or used wings and harness:
Wing rental: $50 (tax included); harness and reserve rental: $10
(tax included); Helmet rental: free.

Site Guide/Instructor
and wing rental for a day - $70.79 (plus tax)
(Duration 1 day)
For pilots with their Novice rating or
higher, we'll drive you to the take off, help you launch and offer
radio landing guidance as needed. Includes helmet, radio, wing,
harness and reserve rental.

that wish to complete their training with us.

------------------------------------------------------------------------ Self Rescue Training - $44.24 (plus tax)
In just a few hours, you will become familiar
with the latest self rescue techniques for those unfortunate tree
landings. This includes repelling and rope climbing instruction
(using climbing equipment).
Free Tip: Always carry fifty meters of
dental floss in your flight suit. This will allow you to
pull up any gear from the rescue team below, reducing your hang
time (and make your dentist proud). In some critical situations,
this could potentially save your life.
August is the best month to fly, with an
estimated 28 flying days available!
