Wing Assurance FAQ

This is best way to protect your new paraglider from any unfortunate incidents or accidents.

Deimos Paragliding Inc. will agree to trade in your wing for any reason even if it is:

* Ripped or torn
* Completely destroyed
* Has poor performance
* Boring to look at …
* Any reason at all!

Details:

* Sign up fee: $99.00 CDN for each new wing.
* A $500 deductible is required for each claim.
* A $500 damage fee may be added if the wing has been damaged or repaired.
* Your wing will be depreciated by 30% of the original purchase price (not including any tax).
* A valid receipt is required from the authorized dealer.
* A credit will be applied to your account for your future wing purchase (no cash value).
* Replacement wings companies: Canadian pilots may choose from Aeros, Aerodyne, Edel, Gradient, MAC Paratech, Skywalk, UTurn and Windtech wings, however US pilots are limited to Aeros, U-Turn and Skywalk products only. Deimos Paragliding Inc. reserves the right to add and eliminate wing replacement companies.
* Wing Assurance may be purchased only if your wing is less than one month old.
* All Wing Assurance programs expire one year after the date of sale.
* Deimos Paragliding Inc. will not pay for any shipping costs.
* You must have a valid HPAC or USHGA license or be attending an HPAC or USHGA approved flight school.
* Where applicable, PST and GST tax will be added to your purchase.

Instructions:
Complete our Deimos Wing Assurance Form; we will then send you an estimate of what your assurance credit is. If you agree, sign the form and send your sign up fee (see above).

Wing Trade Up Program
After your used wing has been evaluated and approved, Deimos Paragliding Inc. will credit your account for your future wing purchase (no cash value).
This is best way to upgrade your used wing.

Details:
Deimos Paragliding Inc. must first check over the wing and agree to buy it.
Replacement wings companies: Canadian pilots may choose from Aeros, Aerodyne, Gradient, MAC Paratech, Skywalk, U-Turn and Windtech wings, however US pilots are limited to Aeros, Skywalk products only. Deimos Paragliding Inc. reserves the right to add and eliminate wing replacement companies.
Deimos Paragliding Inc. will not pay for any shipping costs to evaluate your wing.
You must have a valid HPAC or USHGA license or be attending an HPAC or USHGA approved flight school.
